Online Sales Consultant


The Online Sales Consultant is responsible for selling and up selling new and existing clients and providing world-class customer service in support of team revenue goals. Main product – Yahoo, Google, Bing and other online advertisement space.

Primary Aim
- Proactively contact new and existing clients and educate, propose and sell them on internet keyword advertising listings primarily through telephone sales, or face-to-face meetings.
- Provide world-class customer service in responding to general and specialized client requests via both phone and email, including billing inquiries, campaign activity inquiries and advertising relevancy issues.
- Provide innovative ideas and customized strategies to cater to clients' online marketing objectives.


Experience and Skills Required
- Candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- He or She should be a team player and able to work independently.
- Resourceful with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
- Driven, goal oriented and hunger for success
- Planning and executing a territory plan to develop sales in your designated region
- Executing strategies to achieve your sales quota
- Demonstrating the value of products to customers
- Generating new opportunities into the small to mid-markets as well as up-selling and cross-selling into existing customer accounts
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
