Guest Relation Officer


1.Interacting with visitors including greeting, answering queries and providing information about high end luxury entertaiment system
2. Provide administrative support
3. Assist in other customer service needs including situations that may require problem solving
4. Responsible for creating a good first impression and enjoyable visit for the visitors
5. Assist in operational requirements

Requirements:
-Min GCE O level with strong customer service experience
-Good speaking ability and strong sense of responsibility
-Able to go the extra mile in providing good customer service
-Relevant experience in a retail or hospitality environment will be an added advantage
-Bilingual or Trilingual in not only English, but other languages as well
-Pleasant personality with genuine aptitude for service-related work
-Outgoing personaility and presentable outlook
-Ability to work on weekends, public holidays and on shift rosters
-Candidate must be a Singaporean or Singapore PR
-Applicants must be willing to work in Town.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
-3 Full-Time positions available.
